When can I call?

The Quitline is a 24 hour service, 7 days a week. You can call us at any time. Where possible you will be immediately connected to a counsellor. However sometimes all our counsellors may be on calls and we may need to call you back. This allows us to ensure that everyone receives the same standard of service because we value each caller as an individual.
