  • I will choose whether to stop suddenly or gradually

    getting rid of the poisons and chemicals in my system
  • I can manage cravings (Try the 4Ds: Delay, Deep breathe, Drink water, Do something else)
  • I will plan how to handle places and events that I know make me want to smoke
