The song, ‘Feeling good’, was originally recorded by Nina Simone way back in 1965. It’s writers, Newley and Bricusse, also collaborated on the songs for ‘Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory’, and co-wrote the famous James Bond theme ‘Goldfinger’.

The song’s been covered many times by artists as diverse as Muse and Michael Buble.
